CORE VALUES
THE SCIENCE BEHIND
260% GREATER GENETIC GAIN
DNA: The Blueprint of Biological Performance
Our technology is built on the fundamental equation: Phenotype = Genotype + Environment. By optimizing the genotype through genomic selection, we unlock performance gains impossible with traditional breeding.
GENOMIC SELECTION ADVANTAGE
Greater genetic gain than traditional methods

THE SCIENCE BEHIND
GC GENOMICS PLATFORM
A comprehensive technical overview of our three core genomic capabilities — from raw sequence data to permanent biological value.
Gene sequence scanning is the first layer of a serious genetic improvement platform. Its purpose is not simply to generate DNA data, but to identify the useful biological variation that exists in the population and convert it into actionable breeding decisions, proprietary tools, and protected intellectual property.
What This Program Delivers
Identification of the real genetic diversity present in the available material, allowing us to understand how much useful variation exists and how it can be exploited.
Detection of informative polymorphisms across the genome to support the design of proprietary marker panels, genotyping tools, and predictive breeding pipelines.
Mapping of genomic regions associated with target traits through sequencing, GWAS, and statistical-genomic integration.
Identification of exceptional individuals carrying valuable genomic combinations that can become the basis of future breeding populations and proprietary germplasm assets.
Each line, seed, or biological unit can be genetically characterized and integrated into a structured database, creating a true biological asset rather than a simple collection of material.
Sequence scanning data is used to create custom SNP panels, genomic databases, and decision-support systems adapted to each species and production objective.
This is not a sequencing service. It is the creation of the information layer that allows the company to reduce dependency on external genetics suppliers, build proprietary breeding programs, create defensible IP, improve selection speed and accuracy, and generate long-term asset value through germplasm, panels, databases, and genomic tools.
GC Genomics integrates sequencing strategy, statistical genetics, GWAS, genomic prediction, panel design, SOPs, and AI-supported decision systems. We do not only read genomes — we convert genomic information into selection power, business value, and scalable biotechnology.
